Introducing new horses to our supporters always comes with an array of emotion for us here at SAFE. Sadness and sometimes anger over past suffering, but also relief at being able to help, and hope for what lies ahead in the future. Today we have a different sort of horse to introduce to you…and we’re just plain excited about it, because this horse is part of SAFE’s brand new logo!
We made the decision to usher in a new look for 2013 in part because we felt our old logo needed an upgrade to something more polished and easier to reproduce in print and embroidery. We’ve also been enjoying our new home in Woodinville and we thought the time was right to adopt a new look and a new logo. So without further ado, here is the new SAFE logo!
The pose of the horse in the new logo is modeled after an actual SAFE horse and we thought it would be fun to have a little contest to see who can guess that horse’s name. The first person who posts a comment here on this post with the correct name will win a SAFE T‑Shirt sporting the new logo! Good luck!!

Love the new logo!
I just purchased a shirt and key chain with the old logo — which I truly love. However, I am excited to be able to purchase the new logo as well. Now, I will have both. 🙂 Will be still be able to purchase the old logo for awhile? I truly enjoy both of them.
