Each year, we ask our amazing volunteers to come together on a Fall Saturday to help us with maintenance, repairs, and improvements. You are invited to join us this year for some exciting projects, including:
- Adding paddocks and shelters to accommodate more horses in need
- Replacing fence posts
- Re-Hanging gates and stall doors
- Leveling stall mats
- Adding gravel to paddocks and gate areas
- Fixing Hot Fence tape and connections
- and much more!
We really need your help to pull this off and hope you will join us for a day of work, fun, and the wonderful sense of accomplishment as we get the farm in tip-top shape heading into winter. If you have friends, neighbors, relatives that would like to come along for the day and help, we would be truly grateful.

Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to volunteer@safehorses.org so we have an idea how many people to expect, and can plan projects accordingly.
