Here’s an update on Greta:
Sorry I haven’t been better at staying in touch. I moved Greta last summer to a small farm that is 4 miles from my house, she loves her new pal and we did a few trail rides together over the summer. Unfortunately she developed acute laminitis in October, it was quite a shock because she has been such an easy keeper. I won’t bore you with all the details, I’ll just say it was a stressful time. She is much better now and just had a trim yesterday, I am confident this won’t be a chronic problem. I am so thankful to SAFE for giving me the opportunity to own my beautiful pony! I really love her, she has brought so much to my life and is such a good girl. Hope all is well with SAFE, its really sad to see all the neglect cases of late in the news, thanks for all YOU do, Jaime. My best for 2009. Molly
