NWESC will be holding a “Spring Fling” raffle/fundraiser event on March 12th from 2–5pm featuring several local rescue groups including SAFE, as well as a demonstration by Cowgirl Spirit Drill Team, Cascade Vaulting, and keynote speaker Leigh Shambo with Human-Equine Alliances for Learning.
